Website use
The BHEIR website provides general information about AirCare services, filter replacement, humidity checks, HumiDR monitoring, pricing ranges, and service inquiries. Website content may change without notice.
Quotes and availability
Published prices are starting points. Final pricing depends on filter count, filter sizes, access, service frequency, building size, monitoring needs, location, and other operational details. BHEIR may accept or decline work based on service fit and availability.
Service scope
BHEIR provides routine filter replacement, humidity awareness, service documentation, monitoring support where installed, and practical recommendations. BHEIR does not provide HVAC repair, mold testing, remediation, medical air-quality certification, laboratory testing, or emergency monitoring unless separately agreed in writing with properly qualified partners.
No guaranteed outcomes
BHEIR services may support cleaner and more comfortable spaces, but they do not guarantee disease prevention, virus elimination, mold prevention, regulatory compliance, or any specific indoor-air outcome.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe access, accurate building information, timely approvals, and any required permissions for service visits or monitoring devices.
Third-party services
BHEIR may recommend HVAC contractors, mold professionals, environmental consultants, or other specialists. Those third parties are responsible for their own services and advice.
