No. BHEIR manages routine filter replacement, humidity awareness, service documentation, and practical recommendations. Mechanical repairs should be handled by a qualified HVAC contractor.
Can you use MERV 13 filters?
Sometimes. Higher MERV filters can improve particle capture, but the HVAC system must be able to handle the airflow resistance. BHEIR can document current filters and recommend when an HVAC partner should review compatibility.
Do you provide the filters?
Yes. Plans can include standard filters, filter labels, and a filter-size database. Specialty filters or unusual access requirements may change pricing.
